Ingredients:
- 250g pork meat
- 150g Brussels sprouts
- 400g sweet potato
- 3 spring onions
- 150g Crème fraîche
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 50g nuts (pecans/walnuts)
- 1 puff pastry (approx. 280g)
- salt
- pepper
Getting it done:
- 150g Brussels sprouts · 400g sweet potato · 3 spring onions
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 180-200°C and cut the vegetables. Peel the sweet potato, cut it in half lengthwise and then cut each half in half again the exact same way. After that, slice them into approx. 3-5 mm wide pieces as you can see on the picture. Clean the Brussels sprouts and also slice them. Do the same with the spring onions.
- 250g pork meat · 1 tbsp olive oil · salt · pepper
- Cut the meat into strips, put it into a bowl, add oil and mix it all together. Throw it on a hot pan and fry sharply until golden. Then place it on a plate, season with salt and pepper.
- 150g Crème fraîche · 1 tbsp spicy mustard · 50g nuts of your choice · 3 tbsp milk · 1 tbsp ground nutmeg · 1 tsp chili flakes · salt · pepper
- Now let's prepare the sauce. Firstly chop the nuts of your choice roughly. After that, mix all the ingredients in one bowl: Crème fraîche, mustard, milk, ground nutmeg, chili flakes, nuts and again salt and pepper. Mix well until you get a pasty consistency.
- 1 puff pastry
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet with baking paper and place the Crème fraîche mixture over the entire surface.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Put the sweet potato and brussels sprouts on the dough and top it with the onions. Sprinkle everything with olive oil and put in the oven for about half an hour.
- Enjoy your meal!
